Lean Sigma Training: Using proven training materials View From The Hilltop will be happy to introduce you and your business to understanding and using essential Lean Sigma tools and Lean Sigma ways of thinking.

Training can also be provided in an environment away from the work place. Such training would be at the initial Lean Sigma ‘Yellow Belt’ level and would provide you with the essentials to enable you to begin your Lean Sigma journey.

Lean Sigma Hosting: If you wish, View From The Hilltop can also save you further time by routinely checking the efficiency of your redesigned business processes on your behalf in what would be termed ‘Lean Sigma Hosting’. Remote Work-Place Assessment: This is where you can provide View From The Hilltop with photographs and/or videos of your work-place, showing your work processes in action. They don’t have to be full-blown Hollywood productions – but just clear enough to show areas within your business processes that you are concerned about.
Once your material is received at this end, it will be studied and any observations made. These observations will then be returned to you with recommendations as to how your business processes could be improved.

Should it be considered particularly beneficial then View From The Hilltop will offer a free follow-up workplace visit and assessment.

Early Adopter Support: By using the Continuous Improvement principle, View From The Hilltop will help test your new product or technology thereby providing useful feedback in helping your business to identify process ‘bugs’ and gliches’ and so help your business to refine and develop future product releases.

View From The Hilltop will also show you how your business can establish an essential relationship with your customers through asking seven key questions:

  2. Do they know what they want?
  3. Does your business already provide a service or material product that the customer likes?
  4. If so, how does your customer use the product?
