My name is Anthony Kirkness and I am the man behind View From The Hilltop.

I am an experienced Lean Sigma practitioner and qualified in the understanding of PRINCE2 project management.
I am a former forensic scientist and an affiliated member of The Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs – an organisation involved in the developing of business mentors

My skills may be varied, but when they are all brought together they enable me to apply a focussed and dedicated approach in helping you to understand and implement Lean Sigma protocols within your business.

I decided to form this company as I am a passionate advocate of the incredible effectiveness of Lean Sigma.

I firmly believe that Start-Up business enterprises will gain huge benefits from being shown how to use Lean Sigma protocols early within their lives. For Small and Medium-sized businesses, Lean Sigma can be vital in rejuvenating existing work processes and revitalising existing workplace layouts.

I can also support and mentor business improvement teams set up to improve specific processes within larger companies.

With engaging and informative training materials, I can introduce you and your team to the essential tools and understanding needed to effectively use Lean Sigma in improving and designing your business processes.

Using the feedback principles of Continuous Improvement, I can assist your company to develop and adapt new technologies or services by taking on a role of Early Adopter.
